What You'll Do

• Construct data models and metric frameworks aligned with business objectives (e.g., quality experience, user operations). Ensure data accuracy and relevance to enable robust monitoring and analytical capabilities.

• Establish real-time data monitoring systems to track business performance and diagnose anomalies. Identify risks and operational issues, delivering actionable insights to support informed decision-making and operational stability.
\n
• Uncover actionable insights from data to identify user needs and market opportunities. Propose targeted strategies aligned with industry trends, driving project execution and business growth.
\n
• Collaborate on business initiatives by providing data expertise, resolving data-related challenges, and tracking project outcomes. Ensure projects meet objectives through data-driven validation and iteration.

• Translate analytical outputs into data product requirements. Advance data visualization and tool development to enhance usability and value, delivering efficient, user-centric data solutions.

About You

\n
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Technology, E-commerce, International Business, Management, or a related field.
\n
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate findings into clear actions.
\n
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organise complex information clearly and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
\n
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required
\n
• Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools is an advantage but not mandatory.
