What You’ll Own ?

• Coach team members through regular 1:1s, reviews and targeted interventions.
• Own hiring, onboarding and capability-building for the sales organisation.
• Track sales performance, analyse market trends, and implement corrective actions to improve conversions.

What We’re Looking For ?

• 7–15 years of sales experience, preferably in high-growth consumer, D2C, or similarly fast-paced businesses.
• Proven experience leading and scaling sales teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at every level.
