We’re looking for an energetic, smart, passionate and hands-on Assistant Manager – Collections who can take ownership of centre operations and make things happen.

This is an ALL-ROUNDER leadership role — People Manager + Trainer + Performance Coach + Data Champion + Auditor + Operations Leader.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Drive day-to-day collections operations and achieve business targets • Lead and mentor Team Leaders and collection executives • Track calls, collections, productivity, conversions and SLA performance • Analyse numbers and turn data into actionable insights • Conduct performance reviews, coaching and training sessions • Build a high-energy, accountable and performance-driven team • Handle escalations and strengthen customer & employee experience • Conduct quality checks, audits and process reviews • Identify process gaps and implement smart improvements • Manage workforce planning and daily manpower allocation • Prepare MIS, dashboards and performance reports for management • Partner with HR, Admin, IT and other teams to ensure smooth centre operations • Maintain strong process discipline, compliance and documentation • Keep the centre organised, efficient and execution-focused

DATA & EXCEL ARE YOUR SUPERPOWERS!

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with **data and numbers**.

⭐ Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel is essential ⭐ VLOOKUP is a must ⭐ Pivot Tables are a must ⭐ Comfortable working with MIS, dashboards, reports and large datasets ⭐ Ability to identify trends, opportunities and performance gaps from numbers

EXPERIENCE

• 5–8 years of experience in collections, telecalling, call centre or contact centre operations • Experience managing Team Leaders and a sizeable operations team • Strong exposure to collections performance management and MIS • Graduation required; MBA is an added advantage

The role is based at:

Ramanthapur, Habsiguda, Hyderabad.

For this role, we are looking for candidates who are based within approximately 5 km of the office, enabling excellent accessibility and a strong, consistent connection with the workplace.
