Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our US business development efforts. The scope of this role involves managing and coaching a team of Business Development Specialists, driving new customer acquisition, building a strong sales pipeline, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the US-focused business development team.
• Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Identify, engage, and acquire new customers across target industries and accounts.
• Drive pipeline growth and create new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Track team performance, pipeline metrics, and business outcomes through CRM and reporting tools.
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development and sales for IT Consulting & Services business
• .3+ years of experience managing SDR/BDR or business development teams
• .Proven success in winning new customers and growing revenue in the US market
• .Strong experience with outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and team leadership
• .Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• .Experience in IT Services, Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, AI & Data Engineering, or related technology services is preferred
