About Position:
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Microservices Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, and modern microservices architecture. This role requires hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems, event-driven applications, and containerized solutions that support business-critical operations.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and microservices.
- Build secure, reliable, and high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka for real-time communication and data processing.
- Create and manage Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and consumer groups.
- Implement microservices architecture patterns for distributed enterprise applications.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications using Docker and Kubernetes platforms.
- Configure Kubernetes deployments, services, ingress controllers, autoscaling, and monitoring capabilities.
- Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable and resilient application architectures.
- Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases including Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and modern DevOps practices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot application, messaging, infrastructure, and production issues.
- Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Work closely with Product Owners, QA teams, and stakeholders within Agile delivery environments.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and Apache Camel.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and service-oriented design principles.
- Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Proven expertise with Apache Kafka including event streaming, partitioning, replication, consumer groups, and message-driven architectures.
- Strong experience with Docker containerization technologies.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing workloads on Kubernetes platforms.
- Experience with Kubernetes concepts including deployments, scaling, service discovery, health monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and DevOps automation practices.
- Experience with Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or other relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, and reliability engineering.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based development environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
