Senior Java Backend Developer – PostgreSQL & MongoDB

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable backend applications and working with both relational and NoSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Work on database integration, queries, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and development processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Strong backend development experience
• Good understanding of database concepts and integration
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases

Good to Have

• German language proficiency is an advantage.
