Role Summary
We are hiring a Sales Team Lead (Supervisor) to manage inbound sales operations, drive team performance, and ensure delivery of sales targets and operational KPIs. This role combines people leadership, performance management, and sales strategy execution in a high-volume digital sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage a team of inbound sales advocates to achieve sales targets
· Drive performance across direct sales and lead generation motions
· Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes
· Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
· Present performance insights and business reviews to stakeholders
· Collaborate with trainers and coaches to enhance team capability
· Manage sales content, processes, and communications effectively
· Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies
· Drive a high-performance, collaborative sales culture
· Oversee quality and pipeline management standards
Required Skills
· Strong sales leadership and people management skills
· Experience managing inbound or inside sales teams
· Data-driven decision-making and analytical capability
· CRM and sales performance tracking knowledge
· Change management and stakeholder communication
Preferred Skills
· Experience in IT, cloud, or digital sales environments
· Exposure to outsourced/contact center operations
· Knowledge of sales methodologies and coaching frameworks
Experience Required
· 5–8+ years in sales, with 2–3+ years in team leadership
Educational Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Ability to drive structured performance management practices
