Field Track Service Engineer -South / Central/ North

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the field service operationsrelated to crusher equipment. Leading a team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. Industry Type Crushing

Key Responsibilities

 Installation, commissioning, and servicing of track-mounted machines.

 Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at site locations.

 Provide technical support and training to clients/operators.

 Ensure timely reporting of service activities and maintain documentation.

 Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.

 Maintain high standards of safety and compliance at work sites.

 Coordinate field service activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

 Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for team members.

 Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Desired Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

 In-depth knowledge of crusher equipment, including operation, maintenance, and repair.

 Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software related to crusher equipment.

 Knowledge of heavy equipment or track-mounted machinery.

 Basic understanding of hydraulics and electrical systems.

 Willingness to travel frequently and work in variousfield environments.

 Strong organizational and time-management skills.
