Qualifications
- Proven experience in GRC consulting or related risk, compliance, or audit roles (experience with ESG/Sustainability integration is a strong plus).
- Solid understanding of GRC frameworks, regulatory standards, and industry best practices (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO, SOX, ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
- Hands-on experience with GRC tools or enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer, OneTrust, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate risks, controls, and compliance obligations, with the ability to develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent client management and communication skills, capable of working with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment, preferably with exposure to complex regulatory environments or sustainability initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
