ETF Manager - Operations

My Client, a Global Bank is looking to appoint an ETF Operations manager.

The Role

• Key role for the delivery of a cohesive service to our ETF clients
• Responsible for the day to day relationship with our ETF clients relating to portal access and trading support.

The candidate

• 5/6 years working in Financial Services operations.
• Strong product knowledge of traditional funds and ETFs an advantage.
• Demonstratable knowledge of Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Custody.
• Strong leadership qualities and proven inter-personal, communication and supervisory skills.
• Service oriented and customer focused.
