Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in an advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in MENA, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Using your effective communication skills, you are an advocate of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

We're made up of multiple teams, building Google's Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads.
We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Ireland: 76000 - 77500 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits
Responsibilities
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly revenue and product growth goals.
- Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Manage stakeholders, build relationships with the end customer or agencies.
