As the business continues to grow, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Planner to join a high-performing team and develop their career within a major residential construction environment.
You'll support the planning function across multiple developments, gaining exposure to project programming, project controls, reporting and the wider delivery process.

You will be responsible for:
- Supporting master programmes across Cairn projects and Gateway processes.
- Maintaining and reviewing detailed construction programmes.
- Providing accurate and timely programme data and progress updates.
- Supporting the development of phasing plans and handover strategies.
- Implementing project controls procedures.
- Supporting programme progress reporting and dashboards.
- Assisting with programming requirements from concept through to project completion.
- Liaising with internal teams including Design and PMO.
- Working collaboratively within wider project teams.
What you will need
- Level 8 degree in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant construction experience, ideally within residential construction.
- Experience using programming/scheduling software would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet demanding deadlines.
- Strong decision-making and influencing skills.
- Full driving licence and access to your own transport.
- Willingness to travel between project locations.
