Role and Responsibilities

-         Customer facing role for Café / B2B clients

-         Can make recommendations post understanding customer’s requirement.

-         Extensive coffee knowledge.

-         Field trainer is instrumental in building customer relationships and fostering a positive and friendly learning environment.

-         Conduct barista and coffee training programs

Passionate about coffee and willing to continuously learn and upgrade skills

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Education – Hotel Management

Overall work experience: 3-5 years

Primary experience - Experienced Barista

Salary- 6-7LPA
