Manager- Business Operations (MSME)

ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:

• To drive MSME business growth through external channels such as DSAs, connectors, brokers, and strategic partnerships, ensuring quality sourcing, portfolio growth, and profitability.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement targets
• Drive sourcing of MSME loans through channels (LAP, WC, Term Loans, Unsecured)
• Ensure optimal product mix (secured/unsecured, LAP/WC) as per strategy
• Build a strong distribution network across assigned geography
• Maintain productivity and performance of DSAs/Channel Partners
• Drive high-quality disbursements with focus on yield, fees, and cross-sell
• Manage cost of acquisition (COA) and improve productivity per partner
• Ensure seamless onboarding and engagement of channel partners
• Maintain active relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and branch teams
• Ensure faster approvals through effective coordination with Credit/Risk teams
• Enhance customer experience through reduced turnaround time (TAT)
• Identify and address customer needs through appropriate product offerings

Educational Qualifications:

• MBA/ PGDM or equivalent / CA.

Experience:

• 4-7 years of Product Management/Secured Product Sales / Portfolio Monitoring / Credit Risk experience in Large Banks and SFBs.
