Senior Work Force Management Engineer (UKG Pro)

The Senior UKG Pro WFM Engineer will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our UKG Pro Workforce Management platform, with a primary focus on Attendance, Scheduling, Forecasting, and integrations. This individual will partner with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver platform improvements, troubleshoot issues, and execute production changes.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on UKG Pro WFM (UKG Dimensions) experience
• Strong configuration and support experience in:
• Attendance
• Timekeeping
• Scheduling
• Forecasting
• Accruals
• Experience supporting large-scale production environments
• Experience troubleshooting complex functional and technical issues
• Experience implementing and supporting workforce management policies, labor rules, and pay rules
• LATAM & US citizens only, strictly

Integration Experience

• Dell Boomi development and support experience
• Experience with file-based and API-based integrations
• Experience supporting data imports and exports
• Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end integration and data flow issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating UKG Pro WFM with Workday or other HR systems
• Experience with UKG Data Hub, reporting, and workforce analytics
• SQL experience
• Retail, supply chain, distribution center, or large hourly workforce experience
• Experience participating in production deployments, testing, and release activities

Core Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM functionality
• Support Attendance, Scheduling, and Forecasting enhancements
• Troubleshoot production incidents and service issues
• Support and maintain Dell Boomi integrations
• Execute system configuration changes and deployments
• Perform root cause analysis for application and integration issues
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Participate in testing, validation, and production support activities
