The Pantry Crew are responsible for ensuring our customers have a pleasant and enjoyable visit with 5-star customer service. It could be greeting and seating out guests, serving them at the counter to take their order, working with the kitchen to deliver their meals and engaging with them about their day at Titanic Belfast and their visit to Northern Ireland. Our restaurant is unique in the hospitality industry as we are never open later than 6pm giving a great work-life balance while getting to interact with a fascinating range of guests from all over the world.

The Pantry Crew role forms an integral part of the Hospitality Department at Titanic Belfast. As a member of The Pantry team, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, assisting them in selecting and purchasing high-quality food and beverages while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable visitor experience by ensuring service is friendly, efficient, and professional at all times.
