adidas at Braintree Village is looking for a Senior Sales team member to join the store.

This role is all about delivering an excellent customer experience while helping the store achieve its sales and performance targets. You’ll also use your experience to support other members of the team and share your knowledge of adidas products and customer service.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Take ownership of store sales, KPI and individual performance targets, using the resources available to help meet or exceed them.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and performance and share suggestions with store management.
• Lead by example when delivering excellent customer service.
• Support and train selected team members to develop their customer service skills.
• Help colleagues deal with more complex customer service situations.
• Act as an adidas Brand Ambassador, representing the brand’s values and attitude.
• Use your product knowledge to understand and meet customers’ individual needs.
• Help train selected team members on adidas products and seasonal ranges.
• Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
• Process deliveries and replenish stock to ensure products are well represented on the shop floor.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support other team members when needed.
• Complete relevant training and seek opportunities to continue developing your skills.
