What you'll actually be doing
This is an outbound sales role, so you'll spend your days talking to businesses across one of the following verticals: Hospitality, QSR, Retail, Healthcare and professional services.
You’ll:
Research businesses and the people behind them
Build and manage your own pipeline
Pick up the phone and start conversations with decision-makers
Understand how businesses operate and uncover their challenges
Qualify opportunities and book meetings for your Account Executives
Work strategically across your target accounts rather than just working through a list
Own your results and see the impact of your work from first conversation through to closed deal
This isn't lead farming.
You'll have your own patch, your own targets and plenty of ownership over how you approach your accounts. If you put in the work, you'll see the results.

Who you'll learn from
You’ll be surrounded by experienced salespeople and industry experts who are invested in your development.
Bryce Davies, Head of Sales Bryce has an extensive career leading successful sales teams and will be there to coach, challenge and back you from day one.
Nick Braban, Industry Partnerships Before joining Tanda, Nick was a Tanda customer and spent 20 years running hospitality venues including GPO Hotel, The Wickham Hotel and The Met nightclub. He knows the industry from the inside and can give you a perspective most sales teams simply can't.
You’ll also work closely with Account Executives, Partnership Managers, sales coaches and experienced SDRs who have been exactly where you’re starting.
About you
You don't need a perfect CV. You need the right attitude.
We're looking for someone who:

Is naturally curious and enjoys talking to people
Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
Is organised and can manage their own pipeline
Is competitive, resilient and doesn't give up easily
Takes feedback seriously and actively looks for ways to improve
Wants to build a career in sales, not just land their next job
Previous outbound sales experience is a bonus.
So is experience in hospitality, QSR, healthcare or retail.
But neither is essential.
If you're smart, driven and willing to put in the work, we'll teach you the rest.
This is an on-site role and you'll need to be available to work full-time from our Brisbane HQ.
