é responsável pela supervisão diária de um grupo de associados do call center. Esta posição garante que as métricas de desempenho sejam alcançadas, fornecendo treinamento, motivação e responsabilidade adequados.

Responsabilidades

• Responsável pela supervisão diária dos agentes de serviço
• Garantir que as metas e métricas de desempenho do serviço sejam cumpridas
• Análise de relatórios de indicadores
• Desenvolver ações para melhoria de indicadores
• Condução de reuniões de equipe
• Promover os valores da Concentrix através de comportamentos e atitudes

Requisitos

• Requisitos Público elegível: Team Leaders de todas as contas de São Paulo
• Estar no mínimo há 6 meses na função atual
• Todos os cargos são sujeitos a análise salarial
• Não ter medida disciplinar nos últimos 6 meses (Mar/2026 a Ago/26) e durante processo seletivo
• ABS < 7% nos últimos 3 meses (Junh/26 a Ago/26)
• Não estar em PIP/PSP
• Nota de performance anual (2023) no mínimo 3
• Não estar de férias entre Março, Abril e Junho/24 e nem licenças médicas durante este período
• Ter o Aspiring to be para Team Leader concluído
• Superior Completo ou cursando
• Pacote Office intermediário
• Horário de trabalho: 06:00hs - 14:00hs - 22:00hs
• Escala de trabalho:: 6x1 com escala cíclica
• Location: BRA SAO PAULO Rua Tagipuru, 906 Barra Funda
