Structural Design Engineer

An established engineering consultancy is looking to add a Structural Design Engineer to their growing team in Cork.

This is a great opportunity for a Graduate Structural Engineer or an Engineer with up to 5 years’ experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and technically focused environment.

The Role:

• Structural design and analysis across a range of projects
• Preparing structural calculations, drawings and reports
• Working with architects, clients and other engineering disciplines
• Supporting projects from design through to completion
• Gaining exposure to a varied range of structural projects

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Graduate to 5 years’ relevant experience
• Strong interest in structural design
• Knowledge of Eurocodes and relevant design standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
