Group Head of Finance

Job Description

\n Responsibilities\n

\n
• Lead and oversee the full finance function across multiple entities and geographies
\n
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and outsourced finance partners
\n
• Ensure strong cash flow management and working capital control
\n
• Own monthly management accounts across multiple entities and countries, including consolidation
\n
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
\n
• Maintain robust financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness
\n
• Provide financial insight and decision support to the CEO
\n
• Provide timely monthly and quarterly reports to the CEO and the Board
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
\n
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is essential
\n
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, including leadership roles in multi‑entity or international environments
\n
• Experience in SME or growing organizations with hands‑on operational responsibility is strongly preferred
\n
• Proven experience managing AR, AP, and operational finance processes
\n
• Hands‑on, pragmatic approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
\n
