We are seeking for a Customer Relationship Management Manager to fill the position to join our team at a client’s facility in Paris, Île-de-France, France.

Important details

• 4 days onsite and 1 day remote
• Language: French (C1) + English (B2)
• Years of experience: 8+years

Overview:

Role ensuring alignment between business entities and IT services, acting as a strategic and operational interface.

Responsibilities:

• Act as interface between business and IT teams
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Support governance and coordination meetings
• Monitor service performance and reporting
• Facilitate communication and data collection
• Ensure alignment with strategy and standards

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in IT environments
• Governance and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate business to IT
