will oversee all accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while supporting strategic business decisions.Key Responsibilities Manage all accounting and finance operational activitiesEnsure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with ASPE, including review of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliationsComplete monthly consolidation processes and analyze results versus budget, forecast, and prior yearLead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting effortsPrepare quarterly bank and parent company reportingManage audit processes and corporate tax filingsComplete US government reporting as requiredMaintain, develop, and strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risksManage, mentor, and develop finance staff to achieve organizational objectivesPartner with executive leadership to provide actionable financial insights that drive business performanceLead or support software upgrades, system integrations, and automation initiativesEnsure data integrity across accounting and operational systemsDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performanceEnsure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements across jurisdictionsCollaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, HR, and IT to align financial objectives with organizational goalsPerform additional duties as requiredAbout You Progressive controllership experience (blend of Accounting & Analysis)Currently in a Managerial position (min 1.5 years)Coming from a company that produces and/or sells tangible goods (inventory)Ability to travel to the US quarterlySalary Range
