Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the administration of and compliance with all aspects of franchise development, franchise agreements, and franchise disclosure requirements.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team to achieve operational goals, productivity targets, and quality standards.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to team members while fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.
- Monitor team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide timely feedback and coaching.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to support continuous learning and development.
- Ensure adherence to established processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compliance requirements, and service-level expectations.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of assignments.
- Analyze team metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
- Support the hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members.
- Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Update all contract-related information in applicable databases and save executed documents in the appropriate digital files.
- Accurately prepare all required transaction documents for new development, upcoming openings, transfers, amendments, terminations, and closings in accordance with applicable franchise laws and Inspire policies.
- Complete a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment ensuring delivery to the franchisee or company representative, receiving sign/returned documents, reviewing for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring enclosure of all funds due.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required: Five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. degree.
- Six to eight years of relevant work experience in franchising, contracts administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in contract management is required.
- Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team is preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Strong contract management experience.
- General proficiency and understanding of the franchising industry, franchise agreements, and Federal Trade Commission regulatory compliance applicable to the franchising industry.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team in an operations, shared services, or support environment.
- Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience identifying and driving process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database management, Franchise Relationship Management (FRM) systems, Salesforce, Oracle, or other Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage workload.
- Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with franchisees and internal stakeholders.
