About the Role:

• This team handles fault diagnosis and preventative maintenance. The role includes responding to service calls when systems are not functioning properly, often in operational settings such as defence offices, as well as carrying out maintenance activities to minimise the risk of system failures.

What You’ll Bring:

• Must be an Australian Citizenship (NV1 Security Clearance eligibility required – Secom will support this)
• VIC Security Licence or ability to obtain one Drivers licence
• White Card and Asbestos Awareness Card (or ability to obtain)
• Strong technical knowledge of Gallagher, Tecom, Inner Range, or similar systems
• Hands-on trade background – Security Technician, or Electrician/BMS tech cross-skilling
• Strong communication, stakeholder skills, and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• 3+ years’ experience in security systems install/commissioning
• Programming/commissioning experience with Gallagher, T1A or similar
• Fault identification, isolation, and reporting
• Experience creating cable schedules, drawings, and documentation
