We have been engaged by our client Dependable Laundry Solutions (DLS) to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their Welshpool office team.

This is a fixed-term parental leave contract, expected to run from approximately September 2026 to August 2027. There may be an opportunity for ongoing full-time employment at the end of the contract; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

DLS is the premier importer and distributor of Maytag Commercial Laundry Equipment Australia wide, and it is their mission to make laundry hassle free for our customers. While they do it, it’s also important that it’s done having a good time and with a smile.

From their service support team to the new machine sales team and spare parts, DLS are committed to reliability, customer-centric service, and providing a level of service that exceeds anyone else in the industry.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicatedCustomer Service Administrator to join the team, roll up their sleeves and “get it done” to help DLS provide an even better level of support to customers, co-workers and everyone in the team.

The role

This position involves coordinating service calls, keeping jobs moving from setup through to invoicing and maintaining strong communication with clients and Service Technicians/Contractors.

You will work closely with the Service Manager to deliver efficient scheduling, accurate job administration and consistent client outcomes across long term contracts.

Primary responsibilities:

Communicating with customers, contractors and technicians to ensure the full customer experience from lodging a service call to completion of the job

Essential skills and experience:

Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in similar administration and customer service roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional phone manner.

Strong problem-solving ability and calm approach in high-pressure situations.

Ability to schedule, prioritise, and multitask effectively.

Proven relationship building and follow-up discipline with customers and contractors.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
