Senior Medical Writer

Overview

In this role you will develop scientifically accurate content to support medical information and publications for global projects. You will work within the Medical Writing function to produce abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and study summaries, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You’ll collaborate with corporate therapeutic areas to align content with standards and stakeholder feedback, driving continuous improvement.

• Produce scientific content (abstracts, posters, manuscripts, slide decks)
• Update existing content and tailor it based on review feedback
• Obtain final stakeholder approvals and perform peer reviews for accuracy and quality
• Support scientific information activities and other content creation tasks
• Adhere to company standards and document/review timelines
• Contribute to continuous improvement of writing processes and quality standards

• 2-5 years experience as Medical Writer
• scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD or Masters)
• experience writing and managing scientific publications for pharma or agencies
• excellent medical writing skills with strong attention to detail
• ability to manage multiple detailed tasks and meet deadlines
• good communication, coordination and time management skills
• fluency in English (oral and written)
• experience in therapeutic areas such as Cardiovascular, Metabolism, Respiratory, Inflammation/Immunology, Retinopathy, CNS, Oncology preferred
