People Business Partner

Overview

As a People Business Partner in the People Team, you help shape the talent strategy across business areas within a hybrid setup in Barcelona. You’ll partner with People Team Expertise Areas to implement HR agenda on workforce planning, design, development, performance, and engagement. You act as a trusted advisor to leaders, translating people data into practical actions and guiding change initiatives.

• Partner with People Team Expertise Areas to co-create and implement HR initiatives (workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, performance management, compensation cycles, engagement programs)
• Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for people-related matters across assigned business areas
• Guide leaders in understanding and applying People Team strategies and initiatives using critical thinking

• 2 years of proven HR Business Partner experience
• experience partnering with HR centers of expertise
• ability to lead through change and navigate ambiguity
• conflict resolution and change management skills
• hands-on experience delivering HR programs across the full employee lifecycle
• strong analytical mindset to interpret people data and translate insights into action
• familiarity with AI tools and technologies applied in HR (talent acquisition, engagement analysis, performance management)
