Lead Forward Deployed Engineer - Spanish Speaker

Overview

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce’s strategic customers, guiding architecture to production handoff. You’ll mentor engineers, set standards, and partner with a Deployment Strategist to translate customer needs into ship-ready AI systems. You will design agentic platforms, manage data pipelines, and drive measurable outcomes with enterprise-grade reliability.

This role combines hands-on building with strategic influence in a fast-evolving AI space.

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions from architecture decisions to production handoff
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform (agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails)
• Manage data lifecycle and readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks
• Resolve blockers in data integration, deployment, and orchestration to maintain performance
• Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting across engagements
• Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs with judicious decision-making
• Codify learnings into reusable patterns and playbooks for the org
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing, influencing multiple codebases
• Surface field insights to Product and Engineering to shape the Agentforce roadmap
• Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into deliverable solutions

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; familiarity with others
• Experience integrating LLMs into production; use of LangChain or LlamaIndex; experience with prompt engineering and responsible AI in customer contexts
• Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics; proficiency with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks
• Strong Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, Salesforce APIs
• Entrepreneurial, fast-delivery mindset with good judgment on when to optimize for speed
• Mentored technical talent and created reusable assets (frameworks, playbooks, tooling)
• Clear, credible communication with engineers, architects, and executives
• Willingness to travel ~25% and fluency in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus
