Senior Product Manager - Runtime Platform

Overview

As Senior Product Manager for the Runtime Platform at N26, you will guide the evolution of our cloud-backed platform used by product and engineering teams. You’ll shape strategy, align cross-functional groups, and drive growth and operational metrics for a scalable, compliant platform. You’ll translate user needs from development teams into concrete product improvements and identify opportunities to accelerate impact.

• Define and communicate the product vision for the Runtime Platform and ensure alignment across product, engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Bank, Legal, Compliance)
• Develop strategy for platform evolution, global rollout, and build-vs-buy decisions
• Deeply understand customer needs—development teams using the platform—and identify actionable improvements
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement solutions to maximize impact across product, engineering, and design teams
• Act as the glue of the team, driving clear goals, priorities, and stakeholder expectations
• Make complex, analytics- and data-driven decisions, balancing user feedback with business goals

• Experience building internal tools and serving developers as primary users
• Proven track record of scalable, efficient product delivery in a mature environment
• Strong technical understanding and awareness of cloud computing trends
• Deep knowledge of product lifecycle and how infrastructure tooling enables other teams
• Strong analytical thinking with data- and customer-driven decision making
• Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers using agile methodologies
