Salary: €47,150.65 per annum
Hours: 35 Hours per week | Monday to Friday

Community Mental Health Nursing Role with Real Social Impact
Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) role to join a specialist multidisciplinary team supporting individuals affected by homelessness, mental health challenges and substance use across Dublin. Working within a low-threshold, harm-reduction focused service, this role offers the opportunity to provide person-centred psychiatric nursing support through outreach, in-reach and community clinic settings. This is a front-line mental health nursing role where relationship-building, clinical support and recovery-focused care are central to the service.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver person-centred psychiatric nursing care and interventions
- Conduct mental health and biopsychosocial assessments
- Support individuals affected by homelessness and substance use
- Provide outreach, in-reach and clinic-based nursing support
- Develop and implement individual care plans
- Support overdose response, crisis intervention and harm reduction approaches
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary and community-based team
- Advocate for service users and support referrals into healthcare services
What You’ll Need
- Registered Psychiatric Nurse qualification with active NMBI registration
- Experience within mental health, addiction or community services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work within multidisciplinary and outreach environments
- Good organisational and documentation skills
- Commitment to person-centred and trauma-informed practice
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
Subject to:

- International Police Clearance where applicable
