Job Description
The Renewals Manager is responsible for securing every renewal, every time, increasing customer usage, generating and winning account growth opportunities.
Optimise the margin on all renewals. Working with the sales teams, distributors & vendors to get the best price possible to meet our margin KPI.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with multiple global vendors to understand and achieve the best pricing & margin for eir business customers
- Working closely with sales teams to get renewal quotes out on time while checking pricing and product accuracy against last year's orders.
- Chasing customer on all quotes sent to ensure a PO is received
- Supporting Account Managers by building rapport with existing customers and ensuring repeat business by selling additional products and services.
- Liaising with customers, making them aware of eir business suitable products, services and solutions available to meet their needs.
- Attention to detail in processing orders accurately in a timely manner.
- Working closely with Vendors / distributors to fulfil orders and get fulfilments out to Customers
- Ownership of all orders from point of order receipt to delivery to customers and keeping customers updated.
- Billing queries dealt with promptly to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Achieve team target renewal rates to maintain max services discount from Cisco and other vendors
- Place high priority on delivering quality results; go above and beyond client expectations.
- Own, drive and manage the renewals process in collaboration with the account team Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong renewals manager capabilities to drive renewal to on-time closure
- Help maintain & build strong, long-lasting distribution/vendor relationships.
- Staying abreast of market conditions regarding products, product updates, service offerings, and new technologies through available resources.
- Ensure that required reporting is updated in real time for pipeline, margin & quotes
- Liaise with relevant parties to ensure billing, back order and reports are accurate
- Help maintain monthly billing accuracy across products
- Accurately maintain a rolling forecast of renewals
- Staying abreast of market conditions regarding products, product updates, service offerings, and new technologies through available resources.
- Keep abreast of competitors’ offerings & pricing.
- Provide support and guidance around the product portfolio.
- Deadline driven, demonstrate the ability to multi-task across several activities within aggressive SLA’s.
- Cover and maintain team responsibilities in absence of other team members.
- Cross functional training on all required systems & platforms.
Requirements For ASuccessful Application:
Knowledge and Experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years’ experience -preferably within IT, and with a proven track record in IT distribution or reseller channel
- Experience with CRM applications, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
- Demonstrates excellent listening skills, attentiveness and intuitiveness about customer satisfaction and concerns
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly
- Excellent attention to detail is a must
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising consistency in the process
- Ability to prioritize to guarantee that all issues are allocated the required time to be handled in a professional manner.
