What You'll Be Doing

Creative Leadership & Vision

  • Set and champion the overall creative vision and standard for AntiSocial.

  • Lead creative across major accounts, campaigns, pitches, and new business opportunities.

  • Push teams toward work that is distinctive, culturally relevant, strategically grounded, and effective.

  • Ensure ideas translate naturally across social platforms while having the potential to extend into broader integrated campaigns and experiences.

  • Stay deeply connected to culture, emerging platforms, creators, technology, and changing audience behaviours.

  • Build a creative culture where experimentation, curiosity, collaboration, and ambitious thinking are encouraged.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team across copy, art direction, design, content, and social creative.

  • Provide clear, constructive creative direction while giving teams the space and confidence to develop their own ideas.

  • Help define the structure, capabilities, and talent AntiSocial needs as the company continues to grow.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the team through hiring, development, freelance talent, and external creative partners.

  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where people can do the strongest work of their careers.

Clients & New Business

  • Act as a senior creative partner to key clients, building trust and confidently presenting and defending creative thinking.

  • Translate client and business challenges into compelling creative opportunities.

  • Partner with Strategy and Account leadership to develop strong creative briefs and ensure strategic thinking carries through to execution.

  • Play a leadership role in pitches and new business, helping shape the creative story and representing AntiSocial in the room.

  • Build relationships that position AntiSocial as a trusted creative partner rather than simply an executional social agency.

Creative Excellence & Execution

  • Oversee work from initial brief and concept through production and final delivery.

  • Partner closely with Production to ensure ambitious ideas are executed at a high level while remaining realistic about budgets, timelines, and platforms.

  • Balance brand-building creativity with the speed, volume, and responsiveness required by social.

  • Raise the quality of both large campaign work and everyday content – understanding that every touchpoint contributes to the brand.

  • Know when to push for craft and polish and when speed, relevance, and authenticity matter more.

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant creative leadership experience within an advertising, creative, social, or integrated agency environment.

  • Proven experience at the Creative Director, Group Creative Director, Executive Creative Director, or equivalent level.

  • A portfolio of standout creative work across social, digital, content, and integrated campaigns.

  • Deep understanding of social platforms and how creative behaviour differs across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.

  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to move between big campaign ideas and fast, culturally relevant social content.

  • Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary creative teams.

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to sell ambitious creative thinking to senior clients and stakeholders.

  • Experience leading pitches and contributing to new business growth.

  • A strong understanding of production and the ability to guide ideas from concept through execution.

  • An active interest in culture, creators, entertainment, technology, design, and the constantly evolving social landscape.
