Reportingto the Head of FOTS, the Divisional Sales Manager will be responsible fordelivery of the eir acquisition Consumer Sales strategy. As a Divisional SalesManager your role will also entail a high degree of people management whichincludes hiring, training, leading, motivating and managing a team of highlyskilled and driven field sales executives for Ireland’s Largest Telecoms Provider.
\nThesuccessful candidate will be equally responsible for leading and developinghigh-performing teams of Sales Acquisition Executives (through active fieldcoaching, clear performance and behavioral management, and ongoingskill-building), as they are for consistently delivering high-quality salesmarked by strong customer engagement, low breakage, and high conversion rates.
\nTheDivisional Sales Manager role is a field based role where flexibility will berequired regarding working location, working hours are 11am to 8pm.
Expectations From TheRole:\nAchieve and exceed sales targets in relation to volume and quality performance measures.
\nLeading & motivating their team to acquire new eir customers & retaining existing customers.
\nDelivery of high volume, quality sales that result in connected customers. Managing and maintaining low sales breakage in your region.
\nEnsuring all sales activity is conducted in line with company compliance standards and regulatory guidelines.
\nScheduling and completing regular (at minimum monthly) performance reviews with all employees in the designated sales region.
\nLiasing with Area Sales Manager, to ensure training initiatives including ‘on the job’ coaching is conducted to improve sales executive performance with regards to selling skills and adherence to best practice workflows.
\nConsistently achieving monthly KPI’s as communicated by the Head of FOTS.
\nEnsuring that sales results are recorded and reported accurately and on time.
\nPreparing & delivering regular presentations of results and forecasts at manager meetings.
\nRunning effective weekly team meetings with designated sales team to maximize weekly performance and deliver feedback.
\nWorking in conjunction with the Learning and Development team to deliver appropriate training & coaching.
\nDriving sustainable improvements in daily performance through workshops, evaluation and leading by example.
\nMotivating & leading your field sales team.
\nSetting SMART targets and objectives for the designated sales area.
\nWorking in conjunction with the Human Resources & Talent Acquisition teams to hire top talent into your team.
\nMaintaining an effective headcount by hiring and retaining quality candidates.
\nMaintain an up-to-date level of product & procedural knowledge, taking accountability for personal development and skills gaps.

Requirements For ASuccessful Application:\nWe are looking for an experienced sales professional who has worked in a direct sales environment and experience building and leading teams.
\nDemonstrable experience in delivering against targets in a highly compliant environment.
\nExcellent communicator on a one-to-one or group basis.
\nProven track record in coaching salespeople to improve performance.
\nMust be comfortable in a high volume fast paced, high pressure environment.
\nDemonstrable planning & organizational ability in a dynamic environment.
\nStrong knowledge of reporting using Microsoft office.
