We have partnered with our client in their search for a Financial Crime Technology Delivery Lead - NetReveal.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Crime Technology professional to lead the ongoing support, enhancement, and strategic development of a critical NetReveal estate within a regulated financial services environment. The successful candidate will manage engineering teams across onshore and offshore locations while partnering closely with Financial Crime, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Lead and manage engineers responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of the NetReveal platform.
\n
• Own platform stability, incident management, change delivery, and operational performance across the NetReveal estate.
\n
• Drive platform uplift initiatives, improving detection capability, performance, and overall platform maturity.
\n
• Manage and prioritise workloads across offshore support and change teams to ensure delivery against business priorities and SLAs.
\n
• Collaborate with Financial Crime, Compliance, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
\n
• Coordinate releases, deployments, and change activity across distributed teams while ensuring effective communication and governance.
\n

Skills Required\n

\n
• Strong hands-on NetReveal experience including configuration, rule management, and platform administration.
\n
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering, support, or change teams.
\n
• Background in Financial Crime Technology, including AML, transaction monitoring, fraud detection, or related platforms.
\n
• Experience leading offshore or distributed delivery teams.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical functions.
\n
• Knowledge of change management, release processes, and regulated financial services environments.
\n

Education & Work Experience\n

\n
• Extensive experience supporting and enhancing Financial Crime Technology platforms within banking or financial services environments.
\n

Location - Dublin (3 days per week onsite)

\n

Engagement - Daily Rate Contract
