As a Principal Data Analyst at Zynga, you shape game strategy through data-driven insights that guide product roadmaps, features, and monetization. • Shape data-driven game strategy and influence product roadmaps and monetization
• Analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance with cross-functional teams
• Design A/B tests and build predictive models (e.g., churn, LTV, segmentation) to forecast outcomes
• Mentor analysts and present insights to senior leadership through dashboards and storytelling
• Collaborate on data tools, pipelines, and data literacy initiatives to foster experimentation

• Experience in analytics or data science, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products
• Strong business sense and product intuition; ability to prioritize what matters
• Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design
• Background in applied statistics; Bayesian methods a plus
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis
• Excellent communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar
• Mentoring or leadership experience a plus
