Sr. Technical Business Analyst / Epicor ERP (Kinetic & Classic 10)

Description

Serve as the primary functional domain expert driving the optimization, configuration, and module alignment of Epicor ERP systems. You will bridge complex manufacturing business processes with technical execution across ERP, WMS, CRM, and Project Management modules to deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise workflows.

English fluency is a MUST for this role! Only candidates with level C1 or C2 will be considered:

• Direct end-to-end functional architecture and system configuration across Epicor Kinetic and Epicor Classic 10 enterprise environments.
• Analyze, streamline, and optimize cross-departmental workflows within Manufacturing, Supply Chain/WMS, Sales/CRM, and Project Management modules.
• Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and translate them into custom Business Activity Queries (BAQs), Business Process Management (BPM) routines, and functional specifications.
• Oversee system upgrades, data migrations, and UI/UX modernization projects transitioning operations from Classic 10 to Epicor Kinetic.
• Provide tier-3 functional and technical support, resolving complex ERP data flows, inventory reconciliations, and manufacturing scheduling logic.
• Partner with client leadership to establish operational best practices, document standard operating procedures, and train key end-users.

• 10+ years of functional and technical domain expertise with Epicor Classic 10 and Epicor Kinetic.
• Deep functional mastery across core Epicor modules: ERP, WMS (Warehouse Management System), CRM, and Manufacturing Project Management.
• Comprehensive background in manufacturing operations, job cost accounting, MRP, order management, and supply chain workflows.
• Proven hands-on track record building custom BAQs, BPMs, dashboard views, and customized user interfaces within Epicor.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with demonstrated success leading cross-functional enterprise implementations.

• Experience with Epicor Application Studio and modern RESTful API integrations.
• Direct hands-on experience managing full-lifecycle legacy-to-Kinetic migration projects.
• Professional certifications in Epicor ERP functional modules or PMP/Agile frameworks.
