Collaboration & Team Fit
This position requires an individual who can operate effectively as the architectural bridge between the user experience and the underlying AI and enterprise infrastructure.
The candidate must work particularly well with AI/LLM engineers, Oracle Database engineers, OCI infrastructure personnel, Java/application developers, and workflow software teams.
Strong candidates will be collaborative rather than territorial about architecture and should be comfortable incorporating specialized recommendations from AI, database, infrastructure, security, and application engineers into the overall platform design.
Excellent communication skills are required, including the ability to explain complex architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work with staff in multiple countries and cultures.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate combines the capabilities of a Solution Architect, AI Application Architect, UX/Visualization Architect, and Technical Project Manager.
