About Islandbridge
Islandbridge is a purpose-driven investment firm and multi-family office supporting exceptional families, entrepreneurs and business builders who seek to align capital with long-term objectives and values. The firm operates in a high-trust environment with a focus on clarity of thinking, disciplined execution and a consistently high standard of client experience.
We're a boutique, founder-led firm, which means you'll work closely with senior leaders and see the direct impact of your work from day one. The team is collaborative, ambitious and fast-moving, and we value people who take initiative, own their work and make things happen.
Role Overview
Reporting to our COO, this role splits between running a professional office covering front of house and facilities and taking on operational projects to support the leadership team, giving you direct exposure to how a multi-family office runs.
We're looking for someone who combines a proactive attitude and thrives in a hands-on role, moving between the practical tasks that keep the office running and improving how the firm operates. You'll be embedded in a close-knit team, with the opportunity to shape your own role as you grow into it.
Key Responsibilities
Office management
- Manage the day to day running of the office with energy and enthusiasm: welcome clients and visitors, answer the phone and the door and prepare and reset meeting rooms throughout the day
- Oversee facilities: manage supplies, liaise with service providers to ensure the office runs smoothly
- Plan, run and coordinate team and client events including logistics, arranging catering and travel
Operations
- Schedule meetings and manage logistics for the leadership team
- Lead on operational projects and pieces of work that improve how the firm runs
- Use AI tools in day to day work to automate manual, repetitive tasks and increase your own capacity
Skills and Experiences
- You have some experience in an operations, PA or EA role, or you are early in your career and keen to learn the ropes in a fast growing, exciting culture
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- You are a curious user of AI tools and regularly use them to build workflows and solve problems
- You are sharp, proactive and use good judgement to spot what needs doing without being told
- You are low-ego, comfortable doing both office and project work and no task is beneath you
- You are professional and warm with clients and visitors. You will often be the first person they meet
- You have high levels of discretion and attention to detail when working with confidential information
Benefits
Islandbridge has a proven model for developing high performers in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The Firm offers a competitive salary, access to a discretionary bonus pool, and supports private healthcare, professional training, personal career development and volunteering days.
