Job Summary:

The FP&A Analyst is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of executive reporting at one of the worlds leading agricultural companies. As part of the dedicated reporting team within Corporate FP&A, the FP&A Analyst will play a key role in the design, build, and ongoing enhancement of executive-level reports and dashboards within CXO, ADMs online reporting and visualization platform. Working closely with FP&A domain teams, Global Technology (GT), and senior finance leadership, the FP&A Analyst, CXO will translate complex financial data into dynamic, actionable C-level insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization, ensuring that reporting outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with the evolving needs of executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and build of executive-level reports and dashboards within CXO, ensuring outputs deliver clear, dynamic insights to C-level stakeholders.
  • Partner with FP&A domain teams (FP&A, Business Finance, Accounting, Treasury) to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable CXO solutions.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance existing CXO reports, incorporating feedback from senior leadership and business partners to improve clarity, usability, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Global Technology (GT) to manage data integrations, resolve system issues, and ensure seamless connectivity between CXO and source systems (e.g., Hyperion, Databricks).
  • Conduct quality assurance and validation of reporting outputs to ensure data integrity and consistency across all CXO dashboards and reports.
  • Support the rollout of new CXO reporting capabilities, including user training, documentation, and change management activities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting workflows within CXO to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Act as a trusted reporting resource for senior finance leadership, delivering ad hoc analysis and insights that support timely, informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business intelligence, preferably within a large, global organization.
  • Hands-on experience with EPM or financial reporting tools; familiarity with CXO, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings clearly to senior audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and reporting quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Direct experience building or administering reports and dashboards in CXO or a comparable online reporting and visualization environment.
  • Experience in the agriculture, food ingredients, or manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with Hyperion and its related platforms (e.g., Essbase) and experience running SmartView queries.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or shared services finance environment.
