Multi-Unit Executive Pastry Chef - (Relocation to Hong Kong)

A successful restaurant group in Hong Kong is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef experienced in working in free standing restaurants.

The group oversees more than 30 unique restaurants. It’s a creative environment where ingredients, craftsmanship, and narrative all come together — and pastry plays an important role in that expression. 

Ideal candidate is a strong pastry leader with solid expertise in pastries, chocolate, viennoiserie, and frozen desserts. Just as important as creativity is strong leadership, organization, and administrative ability — someone who enjoys building structure, mentoring talent, and elevating standards across a diverse portfolio, while working in one of the world’s most vibrant culinary cities.

This role requires relocation to Hong Kong.
