Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our core team on-site. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of branding and visual systems, who can independently manage projects from concept to execution while maintaining a high level of design quality and consistency.

You will work closely with both clients and internal teams across a range of branding, digital, print, packaging, and motion-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Visual Design

• Lead branding projects from initial brief through to final delivery
• Create cohesive visual systems and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Design deliverables across social media, websites, digital campaigns, packaging, print collateral, presentations, and video content
• Support motion graphics and video-based creative requirements where needed

Client Communication & Collaboration

• Liaise with clients through email, messaging platforms, virtual calls, and in-person meetings throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with internal creative teams to develop thoughtful and effective visual solutions
• Present ideas, design directions, and creative recommendations clearly and professionally

Project & Workflow Management

• Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate tasks within the studio workflow
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation efficiently

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design with demonstrated branding project experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic knowledge of video editing and working knowledge of motion graphics
• Strong understanding of brand application across digital (social media, web) and physical (print, packaging) channels
• Ability to manage client communication and project coordination independently and professionally
• Strong awareness of current design trends, brand strategy, and evolving visual communication practices
• Strong attention to detail, typography, composition, and layout design
• A portfolio that demonstrates range, rigour, and a refined design sensibility

Role Details

• Full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the office 5–6 days a week
