Role Description

1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our equipment's and software applications and stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.

2. Collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and propose our solutions.

3. Delivering clear and engaging technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings.

4. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.

5. Providing technical guidance and support to clients for the successful implementation, deployment, and utilization of our solutions.

6. Acting as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

7. Prepare clear pre-requirement documentation and concise technical or application notes.

8. Gathering and sharing client feedback to help improve solution effectiveness and customer experience.

Qualifications

1. B.E./B.Tech ONLY IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING or equivalent (final year students/ freshers are welcome to apply).

2. Good communication skills.

3. Comfortable working in an environment that values adaptability and continuous learning.
