Corporate Accountant

We do have an opportunity for you as Analyst/Senior Analyst/Lead - (IC Role) - Corporate Accounting, Hyderabad and below is the JD.

Work hours:- 2 PM to 11 PM IST/3 PM to 12 AM IST

Work Mode : Hybrid

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners or 15 Days

Corporate Accountant Key Responsibilities: -

Accounts Payable

· Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, coding, and timely payments.

· Oversee T&E (travel and entertainment) submissions and employee reimbursements.

· Prepare and post expense allocations across funds and management entities.

· Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

· Support efficiency improvements in invoice and expense workflows.

Financial Reporting

· Record and maintain NetSuite bookings and journal entries.

· Perform expense reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounts.

· Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial close process.

· Prepare financial statements and management reports for review.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Ad-Hoc / Other Responsibilities

· Support ongoing NetSuite implementation and process enhancement projects.

· Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports to support decision-making.

· Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor requests.

· Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve reporting accuracy.

· Contribute to the development and documentation of accounting procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• 5+ years of corporate accounting experience.
• Depth experience in expense allocations for asset managers
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite (must have)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
