Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to gather business requirements, define functional specifications, and support the delivery of API-based integrations and custom application solutions. The ideal candidate should bridge business and technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation.

Key Skills:

• 10–12 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong experience in API analysis, integration requirements, and REST/SOA concepts.
• Experience working on custom application development projects.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process mapping.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployments.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
