Job Description
Widelab is a global design studio working with ambitious brands and fast-growing start-ups - and Widehue is our new sub-brand focused on branding, web, and marketing design. At Widehue, we create clear, engaging visual work that helps companies communicate better and grow. We combine solid design, thoughtful strategy, and a hands-on approach to deliver work that really makes a difference.
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Marketing Designer to join the Widehue team.
About the role
You’ll join a team of multidisciplinary designers working with marketing teams of established international companies - often directly with CMOs who value creativity and business impact.
This role is for a versatile, proactive designer who enjoys switching between different design contexts - from social media graphics and digital banners to presentation decks, event materials, and packaging.
You’ll be in direct contact with clients, discussing ideas, giving recommendations, and co-creating solutions that make their communication stand out.
If you enjoy creative freedom and love the mix of strategy and design craft - this might be the perfect fit.
Who are we looking for:
- You bring creative graphic solutions - your designs tell a story and captivate audiences across social media, web, print, and event materials.
- You think strategically - you understand clients' marketing goals and create designs that support measurable business results.
- You have 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally gained in a marketing or social media agency environment.
- You’re fluent in the tools of the trade - Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and (bonus!) InDesign are your everyday companions.
- You’re confident in English (min. B2) - communicating with international clients feels natural to you.
- You enjoy collaborating directly with clients - you love discussing ideas, explaining your design decisions, and offering creative advice.
- You’re adaptable - you feel comfortable designing everything from social posts to whitepapers and pitch decks.
- You have an eye for detail and quality - your work is polished, consistent, and ready to impress.
- You’re self-organized - you manage multiple projects, set priorities, and deliver on time.
- You stay curious and open to innovation - you explore AI tools and new workflows to make your design process smarter and more creative.
What do we offer?
- 20 paid break days - rest is essential.
- A MacBook for work.
- An unlimited development budget (courses, conferences, books, mentoring). Funded on an 80/20 rule - 80% Widelab, 20% you.
- An annual benefits budget of 2,500 PLN to use as you wish (e.g. Multisport, training, extra days off, physiotherapy).
- Fully remote work.
- Team retreats twice a year.
Join us if you're driven by design, guided by empathy, and energized by being proactive.
