Marketing Communication Specialist

Role Overview:

We areseekingaproactive and organizedLocalMarketing Communications Specialistto join our team in Poland.

This role is focused on local marketing execution, event coordination, localization of content, and supporting the commercial team with day-to-day marketing activities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.You will work closely with both the local commercial team andEnvipco’sglobal marketing department to ensure strong and consistent brand execution across Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event & Tradeshow Coordination:Coordinate local trade shows, suppliers,logistics, branding, and event-related marketing support for the commercial team.

• Localization & Content Support:Adapt, translate, review, and localize global marketing content for the Polish market while ensuring brand consistency.

• Marketing Material Coordination:Manage local marketing assets and coordinate production of brochures, presentations, sell sheets, and printed materials with local suppliers.

• Commercial Team Support:Support sales and business development activities with localized presentations, marketing coordination, andtimelyexecution of requests.

• Social Media& Communications:Localize global marketing content for the Polish market and support the Online Marketing Specialist in ensuring content is locally relevant and aligned with market needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, coordination, or related roles

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Hands‑on and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

• Experience supporting events, exhibitions, or local marketing activities

• Familiarity with design and content tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

• Experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.Proficiencyin Microsoft Office isrequired.

• Understanding of the Polish market and local business culture
