The customer service position will be part of the operations department, which manages road transport processes in our organization. Until now, these responsibilities were located in another department, but due to the need for closer cooperation with the operations department, we have decided to create this position in Warsaw.

In this position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive administrative handling of transport and forwarding orders. Your tasks will include verifying the correctness and completeness of transport documentation, including order number, confirmation of service execution, any quality reservations, and waiting time. You will also issue invoices based on the received documentation, inform clients about the progress and status of order execution, and respond to emerging problems.

Your duties will also include coordinating settlements with clients, managing current transport administration, and properly archiving documents.
