Dream Doors Kitchens - Home of the Kitchen Facelift, is a trusted locally owned kitchen renovation business specialising in kitchen facelifts, remodelling and cabinetry solutions. We are growing fast and seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker who is trade-qualified to be our lead Project Manager and Site Measurer, with some make good / installation work as or where needed.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced cabinet maker who understands quality workmanship, is an outstanding installer in their own right, that has high to detail and is wanting to step into Project Manager / Site Measurer with ordering and project coordination responsibilties.

You'll be responsible for all site measures and ordering ensuring exceptional outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site measures and liaise with clients throughout the project

Coordinate material orders

Manage the installation scheduling

Coordinate trades and suppliers

Ensure cabinetry quality, accuracy and compliance on all jobs

Uphold workplace safety and Dream Doors quality standards

About You

Passionate about quality workmanship

Previous experience in kitchen projects, renovations or joinery

Holds a QBCC licence, or the ability and willingness to obtain one

Strong organisation and communication skills

Professional, reliable and solutions-focused

Takes pride in delivering high-quality results and customer satisfaction
