Senior Bids Analyst

• Lead the strategic evaluation of public tender documents, assessing technical, legal, commercial, and operational requirements and identifying risks and opportunities for Allianz’s participation.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial insurance proposals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and the company’s internal standards.
• Use Artificial Intelligence tools to monitor opportunities, review documentation, and support proposal development.
• Serve as a technical reference for the Bids Coordinator, ensuring adherence to schedules, delivery quality, and submission of proposals within statutory deadlines.
• Conduct technical assessments of insurance products, coverage, limits, exclusions, and risks in partnership with Underwriting and other specialist teams.
• Prepare performance reports, metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making, monitor win rates, and identify continuous improvement opportunities in bidding processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Management, Economics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Insurance, or a related field.
• Solid experience in public tenders, tender document analysis, and the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Advanced knowledge of Law No. 14,133/2021, Law No. 13,303/2016, and legislation applicable to public procurement.
• Experience evaluating and interpreting legal documents, contracts, drafts, and appendices, including the assessment of contractual and regulatory risks.
• Experience working with public authorities, electronic government procurement platforms, and public bidding processes.
• Knowledge of data analysis and performance measurement tools, with experience building management reports and dashboards.
• Preferred: experience in the insurance market, particularly with corporate insurance and large accounts.
• Preferred: knowledge of Power BI, process automation, and Artificial Intelligence applications for tenders and document analysis.
• Preferred: certifications or specialization in Public Procurement, Administrative Contracts, Compliance, or Public Management.
